About us

Kaikoura’s premium accommodation provider.

Kaikoura is famous for its bold landscapes, where mountains meet the sea, its diverse marine life, with New Zealand fur seals, Dusky Dolphins, and Giant Sperm Whales to name just a few. There are also numerous marine birds including the White Morph, indigenous to our Southern Oceans.

Whilst in Kaikoura enjoy one of the many activities available, whale watching, swimming with dolphins or seals, marine bird encounters, sea kayaking or deep-sea fishing, and many more. Or enjoy one of the numerous trails either by foot or by bike. There is so much to do and enjoy, not least of all the local seafood and the world-famous crayfish (lobster) available in many of the local restaurants.

The Kaikoura White Morph, Kaikoura’s premium accommodation provider is located on the waterfront along The Esplanade in Kaikoura and only a short walk from the township. Looking out from the Kaikoura White Morph the view encompasses the Kaikoura mountains, snow-capped for much of the year, to the west and the Kaikoura peninsula to the east, whilst the sea gently breaks on the shoreline directly opposite.

Kaikoura’s White Morph is close to all major attractions, with Dolphin Encounter immediately next door and Whale Watch Kaikoura a short 20 minute walk away. A short 600-meter walk takes you from the White Morph along the shoreline and into Kaikoura’s central township with its shopping, restaurants, and bars.
